    Michelle Chenn is the CEO of the Axiom Advancement Corporation. Axiom is intentionally focused on serving minority, women-owned and disadvantaged businesses in Allegheny County. AAC is focused on contributing to the Community and Economic Development of this region. In addition to the credit builder and microloan programs, Axiom provides technical assistance and business development support.

    Jessica Firmstone, VP, Community Development Officer, joined WesBanco Bank in June of 2020, responsible for the loan portfolio and marketing of the New Markets Loan Program, as well as the bank’s Community Lending programs.  Jessica earned her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Political Science at Indiana University of PA.
